The La Crosse Public Library is introducing a Girls Who Code club exclusively for female students in grades 6-12. Girls Who Code is a national nonprofit dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology by educating, equipping and inspiring girls with the computing skills they'll need to pursue opportunities in the 21st Century. Join us for this 15-week session for group-driven, hands-on computer coding activities. Members of the club will set the agenda based on their own curiosities and desired skill sets. The club will meet at the Main Street Library once a week for 15 weeks starting on Tuesday, January 23, 2018. There is no cost to attend. Space is limited. Please register by calling (608) 789-7128.
