The Nonprofit Resource Center

books on a shelfThe La Crosse Public Library is a designated Cooperating Collection of the Foundation Center. As such the Library has numerous resources to help local nonprofit groups and individuals find funding and grants. The Nonprofit Resource Center is located on the 2nd floor of the main library.

The library also offers quarterly resource events for nonprofits. These workshops offer assistance with the Foundation Center’s online resources, provide information on how to start a nonprofit, provide help in locating funding resources, and offer an opportunity to network. Different topics are featured each quarter.

For more information about the collection or programs, contact Elaine Stanley at e.stanley@lacrosse.lib.wi.us or 608-789-8196.

The Nonprofit Resource Center is sponsored, in part, by the La Crosse Community Foundation.
