AARP-Tax-Aide volunteers prepare federal and state returns for middle and low-income taxpayers, with special attention given to people 60 and older. This Tax-Aide site is a joint venture with RSVP and LPL volunteers staffing the appoinment phones, AARP tax preparers, and the La Crosse Public Library.
All La Crosse Public Libraries receive a limited supply of paper Federal and Wisconsin forms.

You can order many of the federal tax forms and publications by visiting this page on the IRS's website. Or you may request tax forms by calling 1-800-829-3676 or write to the following address: Internal Revenue Service, 1201 N. Mitsubishi Motorway, Bloomington, IL 61705-6613. You should receive a response within 10 days after your request is received.
Wisconsin
You can order many of the Wisconsin tax forms and publications through their online service. You can also request forms by writing to: Wisconsin Department of Revenue, 2135 Rimrock Road, Mail Stop 5-77, PO Box 8949, Madison Wi 543708-8949. You can also call 608-266-1961.
