Rachel's Compendium of Online Book Discussions

Rachel's Compendium is a list of book club resources.  The links to online discussion groups, are divided into two categories:   those with a moderator and a timetable and those that are independent without a timetable.  Also the site has links to "offline" discussion groups that include discussion guides and how-to's.

Reading Group Center contains reading guides and tips for books that are published by Vintage Books a division of Random House and Knopf publishing.

Reading Group Choices is a collection of discussion guides for books published before and until 2000.  It also includes a section for group leaders and tips for starting a discussion group.

Reading Group Guides offers advice and ideas for new groups and veterans alike.  It also contains a wealth of book discussion guides for memoirs, classics, literary fiction, romance, non-fiction, and African-American interests.   The guides include information about the book, discussion questions, critical praise and an author biography.
