Family Nerf Battle
Friday, March 22, 6:00-8:00 pm, Main Library
Ready to join your family and friends in an epic Nerf battle? Let the games begin! Nerf versions of capture the flag, sharks vs. Minnows and more will be played. BYO blaster (some available) and we’ll supply the darts. Pizza will be served. Best for children ages 5+ and their adults.
Library Talent Show
Friday, April 12, 4:30-5:30 pm, Main Library Auditorium
We’re looking to show off our city’s most talented kids during National Library Week! Magicians, singers, dancers, poets, and others are encouraged to sign up for the Library Talent Show. Please grab a registration form at any La Crosse Public Library location to sign up. Don’t feel like performing? Cheer on from the audience. While participants should be children between the ages of 6 and 12, the audience is open to all ages.
A Family is a Family is a Family: National Library Week Celebration of La Crosse
Join us at all three La Crosse Public Library locations throughout the week for an opportunity to document your own beautiful family of any type. We will provide the photographer and you bring your people. We'd especially love to see intergenerational families so bring along all of your loved ones! Each participating family will receive a digital copy of their photo via email. Professionally printed photos will be on display in our three La Crosse Libraries for the month of May, after which you will receive the print as well.
