Need a little motivation to start a new art project or participate in mindful activities?  Join us for Mindful Makers, a program series integrating creativity with mind and body wellness.  During this session, we'll embrace gratitude as we repurpose fabric remnants to create a gratitude bowl.  While our hands are busy creating, we’ll open up our minds as we're joined by art therapist Christine Kortbein, who will share tips on maintaining mindfulness and cultivating gratitude. Craft supplies will be provided and registration is required to participate in this online program. 

To participate:

  1. Register via the La Crosse Public Library Events calendar (below)
  2. Stop by the La Crosse Public Library between Jan 12 - 19 (between 10am - 6pm) to pick up your craft kit
  3. Join us Jan 19 at 7pm via Zoom as we create our project together while learning mindfulness tips.
    (The Zoom meeting link will be emailed out on the day of the program).
