Join certified yoga instructor Bernice Olson-Pollack for this free community yoga program encouraging gentle body movement for all ages, abilities and walks of life.  Each class will explore basic yoga poses, yogic breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques surrounding a different topic each month. Attendees may bring a yoga mat or towel if they wish  To register for one class or all, call (608) 789-7145 or email: programteam@lacrosselibrary.org.
