Public health information shows that the stressors of COVID-19 can make people feel isolated, lonely and lead to increased stress and anxiety. Join us for a relaxing evening as we breathe, stretch, and connect with mind and body from the comfort of our own homes.
This all abilities practice will be led by Rachel Slough-Johnson, certified yoga instructor and therapist dedicated to helping people create better relationships with themselves, their bodies and their worlds. This practice will be modeled after the Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga methodology and will take place online via Zoom. Zoom meeting information will be emailed to participants on the day of the program.
