Coming Soon: Pick-Up Lockers! Beginning March 11, outdoor lockers (on the Main Street side of Main Library) will make it easy to grab your materials after hours or whenever it’s most convenient for you. Simply place your holds, choose La Crosse Main as your pickup location, and schedule a locker pickup once you’re notified your items are ready. We’ll send you the locker number and combination—then stop by, unlock, and enjoy!
PATRONS – HOW IT WORKS
1. Place your hold. Choose La Crosse Main as your pickup location.
2. Once you get the notice that your holds are ready for pick-up, email info@lacrosselibrary.org or call (608) 789-7100 to schedule Locker Pick-up.
3. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call when your holds are placed in the locker(s). The message will provide the locker number and combination. You have two days to pick up your items. Do not go to the lockers until you receive that message.
4. To unlock your locker(s), set the lock combination to the last four digits of your library barcode.
5. Remove all items from locker(s).
NOTE: the lockers are deep and may contain multiple stacks of materials.
6. Close the empty locker. Spin the numbers on the combination wheel of the lock. Close the lock.
7. The items in the locker are already checked out to you. A due date slip is included. No further action is required. Enjoy!
