Community Survey

The La Crosse Public Library is currently embarking on a broad-based strategic planning process. This blueprint will help to guide our services, programs, and other priorities over the coming years.

The end goal of this strategic plan is for the Library to serve our community as fully and effectively as possible. That means that your input into the process is important and valued – even if don't consider yourself a regular user of La Crosse Public Library.

As means to that end, residents are invited to take this online survey: surveymonkey.com/r/KV7NC62. It includes just 14 core questions and, on average, takes 15 minutes to complete. It will remain open through Friday, June 30.

NOTE: La Crosse Public Library (LCPL) is located in and serves the city of La Crosse. LCPL maintains three facilities: the Main Street Library, North Community Library on Kane Street, and South Community Library on S. 16th Street. It is separate from the La Crosse County Library, which maintains locations in Bangor, Campbell, Holmen, Onalaska and West Salem. Even if you've used these other area libraries, we ask you to consider only our usage, experiences, with and ideas for La Crosse Public Library. This questionnaire was created and is overseen independently by Library Strategies Consulting Group. Unless you self-identify, no survey responses will be connected to particular individuals in the aggregate reports provided to the staff and governing bodies of the La Crosse Public Library.
