Event Details

Parents and caregivers are invited to join us for a night of learning and fun as we listen to community experts talk about a chosen kid-related topic.

Are little things making you mad?  Are people frustrating you?  Do you wish you could just disappear?  Join Heather and Emily from La Crosse Extension as we dissect our collective caretaker burnout together and develop realistic plans to bust it.  Participants will take home a wellbeing practice and plan that fits their lifestyle, time limitations, and improves their capacity for caregiving.  In addition, childcare professionals and educators will receive 2 hours of state registry credit.  Pizza will be provided to all attendees.
