What's After High School transition session

Purpose of Meeting

Family Voices of WI and the Western Regional Center for Children and Youth with Special will be hosting an educational training session for parents who have children with disabilities. "What's After High School" is an overview of the transition from children's services and supports to adult systems and supports and community services.
