Before each program, we'll be offering our Chair Fitness class from 9:00-9:30am, then having time for coffee and conversation from 9:30-10:00am. At 10:00am, we'll hear from a new speaker each week on a variety of topics, ranging from local history, health and wellness, to popular entertainment and more. Join us for one or all elements of the program!
