Welcome back for a new season of Monday Mornings at Main! Join us each Monday morning at 10:00am for lifelong learning programs designed for ages 50 and better!

New! Exercise your mind and body, while filling your cup with coffee and camaraderie!   Before each program, we'll be offering our Chair Fitness class from 9:00-9:30am, then having time for coffee and conversation from 9:30-10:00am.  At 10:00am, we'll hear from a new speaker each week on a variety of topics, ranging from local history, health and wellness, to popular entertainment and more.  Join us for one or all elements of the program!

Weekly Schedule:

  • 9:00am - Chair Fitness
  • 9:30am - Coffee & Socialization
  • 10:00am - Presentation
