Strong Bodies is a community-based strength training program designed for midlife and older adults to improve overall health, strength, and independence. The program combines progressive strength training, balance exercises, and flexibility work to support muscle strength, bone health, mobility, and confidence.

Classes are small and meets twice per week over 11-week sessions. Each class includes a warm-up, full-body strength training using dumbbells, ankle weights, and body weight, followed by a cool-down with stretching and flexibility exercises. Led by trained instructors, Strong Bodies provides a safe, supportive environment to help participants stay active, healthy, and strong.
