Join us for this free community adult yoga class that offers gentle body movement for all abilities and walks of life! Each month a different mind/body topic will be presented. The yoga session will include calming breath awareness, accessible poses, and relaxation at the end. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel for their comfort.
