Exercise your mind and body, while filling your cup with coffee and camaraderie!   Before each program, we'll be offering our Chair Fitness class from 9:00-9:30am, then having time for coffee and conversation from 9:30-10:00am.  At 10:00am, we'll hear from a new speaker each week on a variety of topics, ranging from local history, health and wellness, to popular entertainment and more.  Join us for one or all elements of the program!

This program is instructor lead with up-beat music involved. Have fun exercising while sitting in a chair. Chair Fitness is for all ages and for all fitness levels. You should consult your physician or other healthcare professional before starting this or any other fitness program.
